All accepted and registered papers under ICPET-2018 conference will be published as Grenze International Journal of Engineering and Technology (GIJET) Publications but not Conference Proceedings. Further, all the papers be available in Grenze Digital Library. Once your paper is accepted the registration phase begins. You have to complete following FIVE steps.

Step 1 - Registration Fees
It is mandatory for at least one author of an accepted paper to register in order for the paper to appear in the Proceedings and be included in the Technical Program. If an author has got more than one accepted papers, each paper has to be registered. Registration Fee includes listing the papers in Grenze Digital Library (both Online and CD Media), Lunch, Morning & Evening Snacks (for the presentation day alone). You need to make additional payment for the print media.

Student participation will only be considered on submission of ID proof. Fees strucutre includes for the Maximum of FIVE Pages. For extra pages cost extra charges.

Step 2 - Registration

Step 3 - Copyright Transfer

All Authors have to sign (for their individual paper) Copyright Transfer Agreement Form, which is in PDF format. Print-Fill-Sign-Scan and send to icpet2018@methodist.edu.in

Step 4 - Template for Camera Ready Paper (CRP) Submission

Authors submitting their papers to Grenze Digital Library may use the following template. The failure in adhering to the specific format norms  will result in rejection. All camera ready papers must be submitted in MS WORD file format only (PDF is NOT accepted).

In case, authors are interested to publish their papers in UGC Approved Journals (instead of GIJET), the following are the terms to be noticed:

Papers will be sent for the re-review of the selected papers by the reviewers of the respective Journals. Best papers of the conference (not exceeding 7-8 papers in an issue) will be published in i-manager’s Journals upon review of the selected papers by the reviewers of the respective Journals (the selected papers need to be around 15-20 per issue)

Further, ICPET-2018 will not assure you regarding the publication of your papers in UGC Approved Journal Publishers. It is purely based on the quality of the Manuscript and after re-review process, in case the papers are selected, then those will be published by one of the UGC Approved Journals.

Virtual Presentation (using Skype)
In case,the authors cannot attend the conference physically for presenting their papers, they are encouraged to present through Skype, preferably for authors from outside India.
